I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Warsaw, Masovia) in Apr 2014
Interview
At first I was interviewed by phone/ The recruitment told me about the company and the internship, including salary. She also examined my English. I was later ordered to prepare powerpoint presentation, entitled 'my greatest success' and invited to the assessment center. AC was common to all candidates - we had to present our presentations and the rest of the group was ordered to ask questions about it. After each presentation, the recruiters asked candidate about his/hers interests and preferred citi department. One day later, the recruiter called me back. I was presented two hr-related projects and asked which I would like to join. Last stage of the recruitment process was the interview with two managers. The asked questions about my interests and why I decided to apply.

Interview
Interview process quite fast and efficient. It takes only 2 rounds of interview. They reached out to me after 3 weeks to make an offer. But their background checks process can be bit painful and lengthy. Overall, process was smooth.

I applied online. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Sep 2021
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter to set up an interview and submit my availability. I responded but did not hear back. My availability then changed and I responded to update my interview options and did not hear back. I was essentially ghosted thereafter.
Met with one interviewer for about an hour and a half. The questions were read out of a large book as the interviewer jotted down your answers in front of you. Was very intimidating.
