They followed the standard STAR (Situation or Task, Action, Result) format. I was interviewed by four different people - two would be peers, one would be my direct manager and the other was his boss.

Initially contacted by the recruiter who then set up the initial phone screen with the incumbent comms mgr. I then met hiring Director in person for second interview, then had another phone screen with another Director with whom the hiring director shared team lead responsibilities. Was then contacted by the recruiter for the offer. The interviews were very laid back and the managers seemed very approachable.
