I was approached by a headhounter, two rounds of on-site interviews, the people there are very nice, and very good at machine learning, some of the questions were pretty hard, but they were nice enough to walk you through it. The interview questions are mainly about machine learning. I really enjoyed the process, and the team there have very strong technical background.

Phone interview then super day. There were about 15 candidates, and it includes coding test, math test, then three rounds of 1 on 1 inter view. The questions are not very difficult but I was not very well prepared.
