Interview
Interview process was normal where conventional question about the applicant's present situation and your goals. Situational discussions where candidadto have to suggest possible solutions to the problems. The selection process is well oriented to practical experiences.

Recruiter contacted me via email to set up time to interview. I had 3 interviews set up over 2 days.
My first interviewer never showed up. I emailed the recruiter and received NO response. I had my 2nd and 3rd interviews which we standard. Both asked me what I had been told about the role - seems as though there was a step missing or no communication between these interviewers. I emailed the recruiter again to rescheduled the first interview and to follow up - received no response. The people I did speak with were great and I enjoyed my conversations. The recruiter no responding was unprofessional. I know recruiters may ghost after an interview. But when a candidate has interviews scheduled and to not acknowledge or respond is unprofessional.
