Interview
First an HR person contacted me to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview I was contacted a few days later to set up an in person interview. The interview consisted of two people. They took turns asking questions. Some very job specific.
I've done two interviews, one phone call, and a technical interview. It is a panel interview with the VP and senior managers regarding the Credit Risk Analyst position. Interview was composed of biographical, technical and compentency based questions.

Tell me about yourself and how do you see yourself five years from now?
Average, there were two interviews for the credit role. One phone and one in person. There were a few situational questions. It wasn’t too hard. But it took a few weeks for them to get back to me.
There were two interviews, first with HR, second with two managers. They were very nice, it was entry level position so easy ish questions. Mainly about main financial ratios and they also gave me a task to analyze a company, I had 3 days to do it.
