Worst career portal and pathetic recruitment process. CV gets rejected even after having matching skill sets. Recruiters call to ask availability and Visa status only to reject. If you are not considering visa sponsorship then why bother calling.
Career days are a joke. Citi employees boats how great culture is blah blah but when I walked to the speaker and asked for referral he straight away denied. Nobody is interested in your free coffee and cup cakes, if you can't refer students for internships stop wasting time with career days
