Interview
There were six interviews, 2 of them had to be with women but no-one could explain why. One of the interviewer turned up late 4 times in a row, we had to reschedule 4 times., and when they did appear made no attempt to apologise. I got the impression everyone was just going through the process with no care or interest at all.

Question 1
The usual dull large corporate experience at interview ie, the interviewer talked about themselves, asked dull questions, wrapped up as soon as the 30mins was over. No need to prep, you can google basic interview questions and do well.
Multiple rounds across directs and peers of hiring manager. Did not use canned interview questions. The first round was typically the most difficult where the second rounds are more ensuring a good mutual for.
Many rounds even for a junior position. Combination of fit and analysis interviews. This was over 10 years ago - early 2000s so please take with a grain of salt.
Talent Acquisition team were good. The TA team member explained the process and guided it me through it. Lots of interviews though. It was a lengthy process but thorough. I met most of my key stakeholders through the process.
