The interview process was very smooth, and candidates are made very comfortable such that they can perform upto their potential. Balance sheet and p & l statements knowledge should be brushed before sitting for the interview

I first did and initial interview with HR. Interview questions are pretty common including why I want to leave my previous job. It was then followed by interview with the hiring manager. Lastly I got on an interview with the onshore counterparts.
