I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Citi (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2023
Interview
Easy questions were asked in all four stages of the interview. It was HM first then his peers and HR. No panel interviews, all four were individual meetings on zoom.
Took months with long gaps between rounds but actual interviews were pretty straightforward. All of the interviews were via zoom and one person at a time, no panels. Overall was not a difficult process.
Very long process, met and spoke to a lot of people, liked them all, liked the general proposition, seemed like quite an entrepreneurial division I was looking to join. The offer however kept changing verbally and I kept waiting for something in black and white after agreeing numbers but it never came after a few discussions, which I did'n't find very serious especially after having to negotiate a few times different things. In the end the bank went into restructuring and that was that..
