      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi in Aug 2023

      Interview

I was contacted about a role in their Internal Consulting group. I participated in a few interviews which were relatively straightforward and brief. The interviewers were nice enough but the recruitment process was disorganized. Everything seemed very ad hoc and flippant. Eventually a recruiter contacted me to discuss a potential offer but ghosted me because I attempted to politely negotiate the salary. Very unprofessional experience especially after dedicating time to the interviews... at least send a rejection so the candidate knows where they stand.
