Interview
Recruiter phone screen followed by panel interview with 3 different employees. Straight forward process. Total timeframe only took around two weeks and then heard a response from my interview roughly one week after the panel interview.
It generally begins with an HR screening, moves to online technical or coding assessments (like Karat), and ends with multiple behavioral and competency interviews with hiring managers and senior team members.
Attended a karat interview. Karat interview consisted of Java questions (10 mins), followed by a simple debugging (10 mins) and implementation (10 mins) question in a language of your choice.

Interview was in Karat. First short introduction, followed by a couple of questions about .Net and network, need to answer with 1 sentence.
Then we moved onto coding questions. Given snippets of code, fix bugs and add new functionality.
