- Applied online via website
- Standard test online
- 1st round 3 interviews with 2 associates and 1x VP at their offices (back to back). Interview were motivational and technical (based on standard corporate finance questions +some brainteasers)
- 2nd round interview with country head at their offices. Appreciate this 2nd round is more a formality if you pass the first round.
- Received offer by phone 1-2 days later
- Started job a few weeks after that.
1 interview, then openday with 3 interviews. First one quite easy, openday a bit intense with different questions and themes approached. Process lasted more than 2 months, however HR was quite helpful and responsive.

Motivation, different types of derivative questions etc.
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
