Applied through LinkedIn, received a call back about a week later. The first interview was conducted through zoom by two store managers from different locations. The interview felt more like an interrogation than a conversation and feedback was given in the moment. I was contacted for a second round about 48 hours after the initial interview.

Behavioral questions. It is pretty easy if you are prepared for it. But the hiring process take a long time. So be ready for that. Other than that, it went pretty smooth.
