Recruitment process is quiet fast. I was contacted by an HR representative just a few days after applying, followed by a first-round in-person interview with 2 managers. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. The interviewers were cold, unwelcoming, and made no effort to create a constructive or respectful conversation. The tone was dismissive from the start, and the questions felt more like an interrogation than a professional exchange.

One interview, said they would get back with next steps, ghosted. Overall, disappointing approach by a great company with a lot of excitement going in - interviewing for other roles now but was ultimately let down by this experience.

Asked about what you can bring to the team, how you fit in team scenarios. They also asked about previous work experience, why you want to work for their specific team and so forth.
