Old decade style process, first of all you need to apply using their form on their website, then they will contact you 2 weeks late using a phone (not videocall, not internet call) to have the "hr call" to know about your background and your expected salary, they are paying low but I didnt care, then hr mentions there is going to be 2 stages: 1- Panel Stage 2- Hiring manager stage Panel stage is very bad, there is going to be 4,5 employees from CitiBanamex (1 seems to be the managaer, 2 from hr and 1 guy from tech) and their are going to ask you about your work experience to see if you are a match for the role, there is going to be a tech guy and ask you some basic questions about SQL and C#, very basic stuff, seem I didn't pass as they are looking for a tech lead that manages 10+ people (as per my experience, that's not a good practice) and with financial systems experience. I solved correctly all questions, ater that 1 week later I got rejection email without any feedback.
