Interview
CV based shortlisting followed by a Group Discussion. One round of Technical interview followed by two rounds of simple CV based HR interviews. Technical Interview had questions based on Foreign exchange, understanding about the RM role and Banking industry as a whole. HR interviews revolved around your past work experiences, academics, Strengths and weakness. Overall a very satisfying and easy experience.

Clear, well structured with extensive engagement from talent acquisition team and hiring manager. There were 3 stages, each getting into more details and example of work. Overall feedback is positive as I enjoyed the conversations.
