Interview
I had a first stage interview through the Karat Platform. The interview process was clear and straightfoward. It was an hour interivew and the interviewer asked 5 Java theory based questions and then we moved on the coding part where I got asked to resolve a bug and make 3 improvements. The interview went almost perfect, it was very good imo.
Next thing I see after 40 mins is a rejection email from Citi. I don't understand what they actualy want, do they want to build a whole infrastructure in the span of 40-60 mins. Honestly, this is a joke. They didn't even review the interview report correctly. Some bunch of incompetents.
