Interview
Cover previous experience. Interview was panel based based and depending on level you may meet more senior management after the initial interview, The offer was made fairly quickly and salary was negotiable depending on experience and demand for the skill set required, May able to deal with working in a matrix based organisation as this was asked. It was explained that it was important to be able to work in such an environment.

Interview
Very professional ,the processes were robust and the people were excellent in the entire process.....I also liked the entire organisational vision and mission followed here in the region.The interview was sometimes grilling and very insightful
HR was extremely engaged and attuned with my needs during the entire process. They followed up promptly and addressed all of my questions in a timely manner. The process may have been a bit prolonged; however, in the end, I came to see that they were just trying to ensure a good fit within their culture. In the end, I appreciated the time and attention they extended towards me.

I was able to have an interview with the hiring manager however he seemed to be distracted by his email that kept interrupting us during the process which made me feel that either I or the position was not important enough to give his full attention.
