Questions were broken down into three sections: competency, technical and situational. All of the questions were directly related to the role and fairly straightforward, which was refreshing for a company as competitive as CiTi. Interview was conducted over video like with three representatives, though avoided any form of interjection, allowing the interviewee to answer in their own time.
For a company of its size I was pleased regarding the simplicity of the application process, just being a CV. Credit is due to CiTi for this.
However, I was disappointed not to at least get a formal acknowledgment telling me I had not been selected for the role.
