Nice experience, good talk and learned a lot about their daily jobs and schedule. They are also supportive to give suggestions. They also showed enthusiasm for the job itself and in Citi.
the overall process really got me eye opened!! I don’t feel like the recruiters knew what they were doing. One of recruiters left the bank so I got no clue of who I should reach out to regarding the details of next interview and then other recruiter stepped in assisting in the final round of interview. After completed all interviews, they just ghosted me. Right now I don’t even know who is the recruiter for that position and who I should ask. I felt like Citi is a big bank and their recruiting team did not even bother to give any courtesy to the candidate who just purely looked for an update ?? Disappointed…
