I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
Applied online. Got a phone call to schedule phone screen. At the end of the call I was told I can be moved to the next process of interviewing in-person. Interviewed with a manager in person which was a little difficult. The manager I had was blunt & wanted concise answers. I was asked why I had such short employment periods with some companies & if I plan to stay short-term with Citi. She then gave work-related scenarios & asked what I've done in the past and/or would do. Then she gave me a couple minutes to review 3 type of accounts and do a role-play. The role-play was very simple. The interviewer just wants to know if you can make the sales pitch, be persistent, and close the sales. At the end of the interview she told me she'd like to move me forward in the interview process so now it's just background/employment checks.
