Interview
Received a lead from a current employee at the time that the division was hiring. Forwarded my resume to senior management official and received a call to come in for an interview. Interview process consisted of meeting with 4 senior management officials who discussed my previous experiences, skills, and interests. Had a follow-up interview on the phone and received an offer within a few weeks. Had to do a drug test, but overall a speedy process.
