A HR person interviewed me. First, I went through my resume with her, and she asked specific questions on every experience listed on my resume. Then she asked about my experience on tax practice. Then she asked a few questions about starting date, my location, salary history etc. She took notes and got back to me in a week or so to inform me a rejection:(
