I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Somerville, MA) in Jun 2021
Interview
1st phone interview lasted only about 10 minutes and was pleasant. I got an email and phone call back a few days later to schedule my in-person interview. That took about 30-40 minutes. They called me the next day and made an offer.
Thank you for your feedback. More importantly, congratulations on your decision to join the Citizens team! We're so happy that you've chosen to build your career with us! Have a great day!
First you have to complete an online assessment, that once completed is valid for 6 months. If you passed the assessment they schedule an in-person interview at the branch where they ask questions about your education and experiences , to tell about yourself, also role play where you need to respond using the STAR method and its also good to do a little bit of research about the bank and the credit cards they offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult situation you had at your previous job and how did you handle it?
There were 2 interview processes which included one over the phone that asked generic questions and the other in person with the branch manager. Very smooth process and heard back within a week.

Customer service experience, what would I do in a difficult situation
I applied online. I interviewed at Citizens (York, PA) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process was hard for a teller position that wasn’t anything special. The interview was a bit rude. I was professionally dressed and have a degree in business yet she was short in wording and never got a call or email after.
