While I understand that some companies may require confidentiality agreements, I requested a simplified version or clarification of the terms to better understand what I would be agreeing to. Unfortunately, the recruiter never responded to my follow-up email, leaving me without answers and unable to move forward in the processUnprofessional recruiting experience. If you can't respond to basic candidate questions, it doesn't speak well for company culture.
