After applying I immediately was contacted to complete the online assessment. After I completed the assessment I was contacted by the Admin Assistant/Recruiter to schedule a phone interview. the phone interview lasted about 30 min and I felt really confident about it, so when I was contacted for the initial interview I was elated. The face to face interview started with a 12 minute assessment to which I passed with flying colors (thankfully cause I was FREAKING out!!). Then I was joined by one of the FSMs and a partner of the company. After an hour long in depth, no-hold bars interview it was over and though I felt like the questions were not your typical "so why should we hire you" type of questions, somehow I survived. They told me that they wanted me to meet the other partner who would be in the following week, so I should expect a call within the week to schedule the 2nd interview. I got the email 7 days later and scheduled the interview for the end of the week. When i walked in for the 2nd interview--I was asked for a copy of my references. Great sign right? I submitted my references AND a letter of recommendation. I was called in to interview with a really sweet woman. We spent an hour talking about the business and my experience and I was told that they were very impressed with me and I did very well throughout the entire application and interview process, however they did not have an offer ready and was not looking to bring anyone on until the later this year. Needless to say I was very bummed out because I was hoping to start as soon as possible. I havent gotten a call yet, and not sure if I will. It seems like a great company but for now I guess it isn't in the cards for me.
