Interview
Two calls (During COVID), first call was with an operations manager, 2nd was with the location director. 1st call was more of a typical interview; situational questions, role specific information.
2nd call was more of an in-depth overview of position, company culture - little interview type questions.
I was not offered the job based on my sexual orientation, which should not have surprised me being that the companies core value statement includes "following god"; it further solidified my knowing of not receiving an offer once the director found out I was gay - his entire demeanor changed as did the direction of the interview.
