The process started by a call directly from the owner. I told him I was in negotiations with another company and would know Friday. He texted me the day after to see if I was still available or not. We met at Starbucks to discuss the job. He sent me an assessment then had me come in to meet with 2 members of the leadership team. Job offer followed same day. Whole process took less than 2 weeks.
