Where do I start, applied to citywide and had to take a behavioral test after I did well on the test had a phone interview with the recruiting manager. Moved on to the second round of interviews with the manager of the office and did well in that interview as well. Told me to come by the next day and we did a job walkthrough of what the daily job is. Moved to the 3rd set of interviews where I interviewed with the VP of the company and was told to take another cognitive test because it wasn't done at the beginning of the hiring process, was told after the test was completed I would have another interview with the president of the company. Completed the test and received a call from the manager of the office stating I didn't receive the job because I needed 3-5 years of sales experience. Wasted all of this time when they could've told me that at the beginning stages of the interview. Don't waste your time with this company because they are definitely going to waste yours.
