Was a three step process. phone interview, then a zoom video. Final interview is with Director. They called with an offer in about two weeks later and was offered a ride along. The offer letter came about a week later.

What kind of background did i have that would correlate to this industry.
The interview process was asking of my dedication, the job is extremely time demanding. Caffeine was mentioned as needed to make up for the lack of sleep. In fact the hours make the job impossible.
Rigorous but fair. Manager was thorough and insightful. Explained the role, the expectation, the average day, the good and the bad. They asked great questions about my background and my understanding of the process. It seemed that they really wanted to make sure I was successful.
