Fair, behavioral questions. Process took a long time. Interview processes shouldn't take four months. Interviews should have been scheduled as each was complete. By the end of the process, I didn't want the job because it was so drawn out. Initial interviewer seemed a bit overwhelmed and wanted to rush through interview. I am guessing there were a lot of candidates for the initial screen. Department manager was a bit less rushed in the interview but the selection process took way too long. Most candidates will show disinterest when the process takes this long.
