After applying online, they called for me to come in for a skills test. The skills test was done in groups of 4 or 5 applicants and consisted of four parts: a 10-key speed typing test; an audio customer service, multiple choice test; a story problem test involving utility billing math; and creating and printing a letter to a sample client. The 10-key was a straight forward, numbers only test. The customer service portion was pretty easy, using common sense. The utility billing problem was the most difficult, but not too difficult to figure out. They called back for me to interview within a week. It was a panel interview with 3 interviewers. They each took turns asking questions from a standardized list of about 15 questions.
