Well, they just exploit you. They asked me to go to code academy to learn about Ruby that can be asked in the interview. So I went there and learned basic Ruby question to prepare myself for the interview. They scheduled a Skype interview the following week. The time for the interview came and I was waiting for their Skype call but they never called. I even tried to contact the hiring manager who contacted me initially but I have not got any response what so ever. It is been more than 3 weeks. The worst part is they keep sending me their newsletters and other job opportunities. A very unprofessional behavior. Please stay away and save your time.
