I applied online and was invited to do a short quiz that tested my pitching skills. After that, I interviewed with two senior people. It was an impersonal interview, and when I asked questions at the end, I got simple 1-2 sentence answers. They didn't seem excited about their work or have passion, which turned me off. I was eventually ghosted.
