It was a bad experience. It was strange to talk to the hiring manage, he asked me a question that he knew was against policy to ask. Being a woman he asked "Are you pregnant?" He apparently had experience hiring women that were pregnant and who quit working after working a short time. Besides that his questions were pretty generic as if he didn't know what to ask me.
