Spoke to HR guy then hiring manager. They made me prepare a PP presentation and give to a five or so people on site. People were very distant, not friendly. When going on site you will need to pay $20 parking which is not reimbursed. After going through all that you then need to speak to management in UK. Then they will keep you hanging not informing you of status. No a good experience.

I have cleared all rounds with good score and the Hr it self mentioned that i have cleared all rounds with high score but after all the rounds they said currently we put your profile on hold, is it the right way to the big organizations to keep a good and talented profile on hold? then what is the purpose of posting the jobs?
