Without applying, I was contacted by Clarivate HR who asked me general questions, mostly about salary expectations, and then set up face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager and another person. At the headquarters talked to 2 senior executives. Interviews were mostly trying to sell me the job rather than if I could do the job. I prepared by scrutinizing their disclosures, which was a waste of time since they took pride in showing me how much they knew. There was not a lot of "fit" questions either - apart from one odd question, "Are you willing to put in extra hours?" I asked them to define what that meant. The executive took pride in letting me know he works 12-hour days at the office and then went home to take calls for a few hours - but was "OK" with his staff working whatever hours as long as the job get done. Anyway, that was all 2 months ago with no notices from the company even though I was obviously qualified for the job!! I inquired twice and each time was told that they are still considering me and have not been able to make a decision.
