Applied Online for the job and got an E-mail after a couple days from the HR manager. Telephone interview lasted less than 15 minutes and it seemed to me that it went well. The HR told me that the hiring manager was on annual leave and that I had to wait for the week after to know when to set up the next interview stage. A month has passed and I haven't heard anything from him or from the company, despite the fact that I sent a couple of E-mail the weeks after to know more about it. I appreciate that everyone is busy but I thought it was a very disappointing experience overall..very unprofessional. I am assuming at this point that I didn't pass the first step but I don't think it takes a lot of time to notify the candidates without letting them wait forever
