I was contacted by them twice. All interview happened through remote calls. On technical interviews some engineers did not present themselves, did not enable their video; those who did did not appear very enthusiastic. Walked through all the following recruiting steps before being entirely ghosted with no further communication: - Recruiter screening - Manager interview - Engineering interview

El recruiter ya se veía de un nivel superior a la mayoría de los que te contactan por LinkedIn. Trato muy profesional desde el primer momento y más que entrevista fue una conversación afable en la que me dio detalles de la naturaleza de la empresa y luego tomó nota de mi experiencia e intereses. La siguiente entrevista fue con el que posteriormente sería mi manager junto a su propio manager. La conversación giró más en torno a actitudes y opiniones sobre temas de tecnología que sobre cosas técnicas concretas. La tercera y última entrevista fue con un par de técnicos. Aquí si que hubo obviamente preguntas técnicas pero todo bastante sensato, no en plan ir a pillarte con preguntas que luego no tienen ninguna relación con el trabajo que realizas día a día,
