I had 3 rounds of interviews - with 5 different people. The recruiter had reached out to mee on LinkedIn and the job looked appealing, so I applied and had an initial standard call with the recruiter, who then made me meet with the HM, and then I moved onto a 3hr interview with 3 different people. I thought it went good, at the very least I knew I was a strong competitor for the spot. Followed up with each interviewer after every round, send around a slide deck full of my works, and hen what do you know, they fully ghosted me :) I followed up with the recruiter twice in a week, nothing. It always, always disgusts me how companies/recruiters can be so careless with people's effort, time, etc. by fully ghosting them. Even if I didn't get this position and were to apply for a future role within the company, don't you think you've left a sour taste in my mouth through your complete lack of professionalism and deterred me from every applying to that company again? I put in so much time and effort into that interview, the basic human courtesy is to let me know whether I made it or not, terrible, terrible experience with Clarivate. Will never be interviewing with them again.
