The most unprofessional experience I've had in over 15 years of interviewing. Let's start with the interviewers being 7 minutes late for the first interview and 15 minutes late for the second. I'm pretty sure the hiring manager was not even going to show up for the 2nd interview until I reached out to someone asking where he was. I was told by the hiring manager in the second interview that the job was essentially mine and that we did not need to have a formal interview, it was him selling me on the company. They then offered the position to someone else. So my best guess is the hiring manager did not want to interview me and then he used language that implied I already had the job so that he didn't have to ask me questions about my professional background. In addition to that, he was visibly annoyed that I kept asking him questions about the company. If you don't want to go through with the interview then cancel the interview, don't lead someone into believing the job is theirs so that you don't have to put any effort into conducting an actual interview. I would recommend staying away from these people as they have no idea how to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner.
