I had a phone call with an HR person. They were nice, and the chat was easy. The first negative point was that I was called later than initially scheduled. 20 min later than the appointment, when the call was set to last for 30 min, is quite a bit. Nonetheless, the chat was nice. It was a first get-to-know-you call, so just the basics of who you are, why you want to start with us, what your experience is, etc. At the end of the call, they told me to wait until the end of the week for the hiring manager to reach out, which never happened. So, another company that ghosts candidates.
