I went through 3 rounds of interviews with this company. 1st Round (Virtual): It went well, and I was then asked to come to the office for the 2nd round. 2nd Round (Face-to-Face): I was made to wait 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time. When the interviewer arrived, he was continuously typing on his laptop, barely paying attention to my answers. He even mentioned he had other work. It felt like my time was not valued. Final Round: After the 2nd round, I was asked to wait for almost an hour as the manager was in a meeting. Once he arrived, he asked me to write a Java program but left the room to take a call in the middle of it. Later, he returned, asked a few quick questions, and wrapped it up without much focus. Overall, the process was highly unprofessional. If the interviewers don’t have time to genuinely engage, they should not call candidates for face-to-face interviews and waste their time.
