I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Clark Construction Group (Bethesda, MD) in Feb 2016
Interview
Met HR at the career booth at VT career fair. They were very nice to talk to. I was straightforward with them and asked what positions they had and told them I was very interested. I was invited to an meeting with 2 HR reps the next day. They asked typical entry level interview questions and did not ask any problem solving/skills questions.
I heard back a week or so later that I would be invited to interview at their headquarters in Maryland. The interview lasted all day and there were about 20 other students there to interview. I think that most people were offered full time positions. We started off with a few 45 minute interviews with other project engineers and project managers. In the afternoon we toured a jobsite and then interviewed on site in groups of 2 with field engineers and superintendents. About 2-3 weeks later I received an offer via email.

Question 1
Tell us about your experience and how it is relevant
Pretty straightforward, spoke with a recruiter, met with 3 different people on site, the interview seemed to go well, but I never heard back from the HR even after multiple attempts. Very disappointing that I wasted my time coming and they didn’t even have the decency to simple respond to my emails with a rejection.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions and focused on my experience
super easy. more focused on the kind of person that I am. Skills and experience was just a plus to them. Ended up taking a different job but seems like a good company.
