Interview
Met them in the career fair. Got an email few days later to schedule a behavioral interview. About 10 days later, got an email to schedule for a final interview which is about 5 hours long including tours of site and few presentations. There will be 3 interviews by 3 different recruiters. 10 days later got a phone call with an offer.

Interview
I first met them at a college fair and then the next day had an on campus interview. After about a week, I received an email asking for an onsite interview. In the morning you have 45 minute interviews and then lunch. After lunch you get to visit an active construction site. Very easy going people who worked there and overall it was a fun day.
