Met recruiter during an online one-on-one session. Two days later had a virtual interview. Interviewed by a manager and recruiter was also present. Was asked to introduce self then asked a few behavioral questions.

The interview process was a very long process but got to meet a lot of people throughout it. These people were also all different levels in the company. It was very conversational and just your basic behavioral questions

Met a Clark representative at my university's career fair who was a project manager and not just a recruiter. Had a lengthy conversation which lead to a formal interview request on campus the next day. Interviewed with two recent alumni of my university who were previous interns before returning full time. Received an offer about a week later.

Quick phone call with recruiter. Then I had a phone call with an engineering manager. Not many questions more of a get to know you. Finally I had a site visit
