I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clarks (Bolton, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online and got an email telling me to attend a group interview a few days later. I arrived at the interview and was told there would be 3 tasks:
1)
2) Pick any shoe from the store and describe why you chose it
3) Given a paper with a person on either side. Had to describe my sales experience with them- how i greeted them, how i found out what they were looking for, how i helped them pick a certain product and why, advantages of the product etc.
Got an email and phone call the next day to tell me that i got the job and to come in the next week to fill in the contract! :)

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Clarks (Bristol, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview was a large group interview with about 30 people. It was very relaxed and we did group activities such as ice-breakers. We then were broken into different teams, and how to look at shoes and talk about the features, advantages and benefits of different shoes, so it's worth doing a little background research before. We then did another activity in a group where we had to pick the best qualities that makes a Clarks employer. We then ended with one-on-one interviews which were very relaxed.
