I applied online. I interviewed at Clarks (Yeovil, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied after seeing an advert on Indeed. Applied directly via the Clarks website. There was an initial phone call from HR to find out more about the role, followed by a Teams call with two team leaders from Customer Care. The interview was pleasant and fairly informal, with a general discussion of my CV and experience in customer facing roles, along with what I knew about the company and what I think makes a good Customer Care Advisor and how I could fit into this role. I received a call from the HR manager around a week later offering the job. I had an induction in the office and then a 3 month review once I passed the probation period. This job was based at home due to Covid restrictions.
