Waste of time. It was a 1.5 hour group interview for a temporary part time job as a Sales Assistant in which, among many things, you had to pick up a random shoe and pitch it to the group. You also had to write down everything you knew about Clarks and present it, and match a shoe from the store to a picture of a dress and explain why you chose it. The other candidates were lovely though.
