Collected an application form from in-store, got a phone call inviting me to interview a week after I handed it in. It was a group interview with six other candidates, four of us were hired out of the 7. We had to each bring in an item that represents us and a childhood toy then explain these items to the group so the interviewer could get a better idea of our personalities. There were also several other shoe related activities some group related some solo. Received a call about a week later saying I had got the position.
